Civwest now has a software licence for Candy CCS and is actively using it on current tenders.

"We can now add the Candy estimating software to our existing capability suite of estimating packages which also includes Expert Estimation and CATS. This is especially important as it now allows us to comfortably service clients that prefer pricing in this format".
